booking Policies
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 20% charge of the scheduled service total to the card on file.
A "no show" occurs when you miss your appointment without notifying us. I value both your time and mine. If an appointment is missed without communication, unfortunately, I won’t be able to accept future bookings and the full cost of the service scheduled will be charged to the card on file.
Punctuality is important to ensure i can provide the best service for all my clients, I allow a 7-minute grace period for late arrivals.However after 7 minutes, a $5 late fee will be added to your total.
After 10 minutes, your appointment will be marked as a “no show”

To make booking easier, deposits are no longer needed to reserve your spot! A valid card is required to book your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Full payment will be collected in person at your appointment, and your card information will only be used in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policies.
Payment is simply due in full after your service.

The loyalty card is a reward for your consistency and support. It can only be redeemed for the same service you’ve been regularly receiving, or a service of equal or lesser value. Loyalty rewards cannot be applied toward higher-priced services or transferred to different treatments.

I started Kc Aesthetics at 18 years old. I turned my passion for beauty and skincare into a business, determined to build a career doing what I love.
